We are based in Singapore.

What is this store’s return and exchange policy?

Damaged package or wrong items sent? Just shoot us an email and we will work things out together on case by case basis. No worries we are honest people.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes we surely do! Although Artgerm has the biggest fan base in the US, we love your support no matter where you are.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are located in Singapore. Will be shipped by Singapore Post Standard registered mail (by Air mail and with Tracking Number).

Estimated Shipping:

Singapore/Local: 7-10 business days.

United States & Worldwide: 18-27 business days.

Can I request Artgerm to make a quick sketch on my item?

Sorry. As much as Artgerm loves to draw all days, he is also extremely busy with his projects, his school teaching, his family and daily influx of emails and messages from fans around the world asking for his brushes and playlists. We hope you understand.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
